You will receive a reminder email every Fri, Tue and Wed with the link to say if you are coming to soccer or not
You will not get a reminder emails if you have responded
The emails have specialized code that will change on weekly basis and it is individualized
If you have indicated that you are coming but can't make it, you can change your responses
If you have indicated that you are NOT coming but would like to come then it would be based on availability of spot
If you don't respond by Wednesday then we assume that you are not coming (your spot opens up to drop-ins)
Computer selects the teams on Wed night and sends out the confirmation to everyone
People can change their teams depending on availability of spot on the opposite team
We are only allowing maximum of 16 players per field
This doesn't replace communication and conversation. Goal is to have a safe friendly game.
Accidents happen and it is important that each player have their own health and dental insurance.
Each player agrees that the League/Team and players voluntarily participate in playing
Sports and assumes all risks associated with such play.
Each player acknowledges that there are risks and hazards in playing sports
including, but not limited to, those caused by court conditions, playing conditions,
equipment, and other participants, in addition to the acts of dribbling, passing, shooting,
and dunking a basketball, running, jumping, stretching, sliding, diving and collisions with
other players, spectators, and/or stationary objects, any of which may cause death or serious
injury to the player.
In consideration of Sportsplex II and allowing to play on the courts rented for
the said event, I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE the
company, their officials, employees, agents and assigns from any and all claims,
demands, lawsuits, any damages to properties and personal, injuries, death, costs and
attorney's fees arising out of playing in the company's tournament program. This release
and Indemnification shall be effective and bind any and all heirs, dependents, executors,
and assigns.
EVERY PLAYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT AND OBLIGATION TO INSPECT the Court
and areas surrounding, prior to each game and agree to play in the "as is" condition. If the player
finds the court is not safe; the player has the right to choose not to play.
